Unfiltered Italian pilsner, dry-hopped with our favorite New Zealand hop varietal, Nelson Sauvin. Expect a crisp and crushable pilsner body, with light notes of white wine and citrus.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, passionfruit, green grape and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of biscuity pale malt, green grape, lemon and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Tasty and refreshing.

Super pleasant, but I'm a Nelson freak. Very nicely done. Golden pour with ok head. Crisp finish. This beer alone pretty much makes this the best brewery in the Okanagan other than maybe Wild Ambition. Tap at brewery.

Bright clear pale gold with a rich white head. Skunky and weedy notes. Bitter and dank notes. Solid.

Okay clear wet gold body and modest foam. Soft floral hop aroma, slightly herbal. Taste is dry corn grain, sweet hops to temper it, vague cardboard aftertaste. Nice crispness, definitely getting there.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, clean, compact head. Interesting aroma, it combines the white bread from the malt with the classic Nelson Sauvin pungent character. It's dry but not weak, with a touch of sweetness but balanced by the bitterness, some crispy malts, and again that Nelson Sauvin character.
I wonder if they got inspired by the Persephone Amarillo Pilsner; this hop has a much more singular character, it stands out, the result is hardly a Pilsner, but nevertheless an excellent brew.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Nose really brings out those beautiful Nelson hops, with a white wine tanginess shining bright, along with a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour does not disappoint, with a wonderfully white wine tanginess from the Nelson and a sufficiently crisp biscuity malt backbone. My favourite hop shines here. Not the most crisp pilsner, but the brightness of the hops really make this excellent.
