Our most anticipated Vintage Series release is back— XXI is a rich, chocolatey blend with smooth caramel, creamy malt, and a hint of island spice from rum-aged Helldorado. A perfectly balanced, evolving brew that’s best savored slowly.

12 oz bottle from the Firestone Brewery Store. Nose is toffee, vanilla, chocolate, and a hint of bourbon. Clear rusty brown with a medium, lightly lacing, beige head. Flavor is moderately sweet vanilla caramels with a bit of boozy alcohol warmth.

12 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Nose is very complex, with bourbon, oak, toasted caramel, and light smoke. Flavour is impeccably complex, with a wonderful bourbon character upfront, with some oak, light peat, and caramel. What a wonderful bourbon character. As usual, an excellent anniversary beer.

12 ounce bottle...what a change. Usually, I enjoyed opening one of these and ending up wrecked. Anyway, pours a ruby hue with a small white head. A big toffee and fruity nose. Sweet cocoa, toast, cherry, vanilla, bourbon. I get a lot of Stickee Monkee. Great. A bit more subdued from past iterations.

Capped 355 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very dark with a creamy tan head. Aroma of dark fruits, dark malt and arguably bourbon and oak/wood. Just about full bodied. Flavor is whisky - arguably mostly bourbon - dark treacly malt, darkish fruits, a very little heat, and some bitterness that could be hops. Hint of anise in the finish. Very tasty stuff.

12 oz boxed bottle. Aroma is vinous, oak, bourbon, cocoa, coconut, toffee, raisin, vanilla, licorice, earthy. Pours black with red highlights and a collapsing beige head that falls into a big-bubbly ring pretty quickly. Taste has the right amount of sweetness, a bit earthy with flavors like the aroma. Alcohol very noticeable, but not overwhelming. Awesome stuff, just like every year, but maybe not as impressive as years past.

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark brown with moderate head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of brown, sugar, toast, buttery oak, light vanilla, light oak, and toasted malts. Sweet rich flavors follow same, with more toasted oak, treacle, and caramelized sugar. Beauty.
