Can. Pitch black with a tall, dark brown head. Nose is coffee, chocolate, coconut. Sweet coconut flavor, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, with a very roasty finish. Not too cloying of heavy. Surprisingly drinkable for such a big stout.

On tap at MBCC Red Session. Pours black with small beige head. The aroma is strong roast, dark chocolate, licorice. Medium body, roast, cocoa, nice sweetness, boozy finish, very nice.

16oz can via trade, thanks Arturo. Sampled at Niamey craft beer club. No BB. Brune foncée, col fin crémeux café au lait. Arôme donne de suite le ton avec de belles effluves de noix de coco - flocon, rétro fin de café assez plaisant, retrouve des éléments maltés de caramel et chocolaté. Palais est épais et crémeux, noix de coco plaisante, le tout ponctué par un agréable caractère de café, le tout garde un côté un peu toffee-caramel qui rend une belle fin de bouche. Rondeur sans être surfait, les 9% sont parfaits.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Highland Park Late Night ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, sweet malt, coffee - chocolate, coconut - toasted coconut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, coffee, chocolate, dark malt, coffee - chocolate, toasted coconut, mocha. Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - dark brown verging black pour with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with prominent coffee roast, chocolate, caramel, some burnt charred malty notes, medium to full body, some notes of coconut into the dark malty finish.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth dark malts, sweetish, little dry malt cream. Good fruity floral chocolate and a fair bit of cocoa powder. Unusual, dry but tasty.
