Poured from 750mL bottle (2020 harvest). Clear pale blonde. A bit dry and bland, gentle carbonation, some apple skin.

Pours a nice light pale straw body, effervescent carbonation, no foam. Very faint floral apple aroma, slightly sweet. Taste is a vinous apple, sweet and slightly juicy, vinegar notes. Okay semi-dry finish. Adequate.
