Pleasantly pink and slightly bubbly, with noticeable acidity balanced by a hint of sweetness. Includes red-fleshed apple varieties plus others and a touch of organic blackberry juice.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a cloudy dark red with a tiny head. Aroma has gentle blackberry juice and gentle apple skins. Flavour is dry, with fermented out blackberry juice, apple skins, and a hint of wildness. Juicy and yet dry. It's alright.

Poured from the tap (2022 harvest). Clear salmon orange. Feint blackberry, gentle apple, feint funk. Okay.

Pours a nice light pink, soft gold hints, no foam and minimal carbonation. Nice sweet apple on the nose, red wine tannins working with it. Taste is a tart fresh apple with some good red wine notes on the back end to round it out; lingering sweetness amplifies everything. Quite fun.
