This is our first collaboration with Isabella Farm, set on Salt Spring's south end. Once a peach orchard, it was planted to apples in the 1980s. Orchardist Kent Mjolsness provided us a diverse range of varieties for easy-drinking cider.

Poured from the tap (2022 harvest). Clear pale gold. Sweet apple, back sweetened likely. Okay.

Modest pale straw body, good carbonation, foam gone fast. Kind of a sweet muddy apple aroma, caramel hints even. Taste is sweet apple, a little too thin, good carbonation helps even it out though. Also somehow comes across as boozy which is odd for something that really isn't.
