This outlandishly delicious beer is the result of a 50/50 blend of Monsters’ Park and Modem Tones, both aged for 7 months in bourbon barrels which had previously housed maple syrup. Following the blend, the beer was conditioned on freshly-roasted coffee beans, toasted coconut, and a whole lot of vanilla. When it was all over, what arose was a dessert-laden beverage of the highest order, with flavors and aromas of tiramisu, coffee, chocolate, and roasted marshmallows.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Sweet dark malty with luscious thick chocolate, sweet caramel and fudge and a layering of sticky sweet maple, some coffee roast chiming in, slight charred burnt dark malty accents, wooden nuance, full bodied with bourbon and vanilla coalescing into the dark sweet malty close. Gorgeous.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Rich dark chocolate, malty dark chocolate, like dark chocolate covered malteasers. Spicy mid. Finishes light and dry with more rich dark chocolate. Very nice indeed.

Draught at MBCC 2018, red session.
Black body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, dark beige head.
Amazing, rich aroma of bourbon, coconut, vanilla, dark chocolate, nuts, some coffee, some dark fruits.
Tastes similar, also extremely delicious, with some more booze.
Full, oily mouthfeel, with a carbonation.
Finishes warm, medium sweet, smooth, with chocolate, vanilla, coconut, cocoa, slight bourbon barrel, slight roast.
Wow!!! Exceptionally rich and complex, with an amazing balance of bourbon barrel, layers and layers of smooth, sweet notes and just enough roastiness. Heavy and warming, but so comfortable and decadent. This completely blew me away, among the best beers I've ever had!
