IPA dorata brillante con schiuma bianca, fine e persistente. Caratterizzata da importanti note agrumate (pompelmo, arancia) e tropicali, un delicato floreale ed erbaceo si affianca alla resina: un ricco e fresco bouquet frutto del generoso dry hopping. Buona e rotonda l'amarezza, delicata la componete maltata (biscotto e cereale). Nota curiosa per gli appassionati, come vuole lo stile, l’acqua utilizzata viene “burtonizzata”.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si trovano sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, spezie, resina, creme caramel e albicocca.

getrunken aus einer Krombacher-Zapfanlage direkt am Strand Ein nicht zu schweres oder würziges IPA, das man auch bei größerer Hitze ☀️ trinken kann; vor allem wenn das gezapfte Helle sehr wässrig ist. Es hat die klassischen bitterhopfigen IPA-Noten, wirkt aber leichter und freundlicher. Nicht so schwer oder intensiv wie mancher Amerikaner, aber durchaus angenehm zu trinken.

Bottled (From Alko). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, dusty, some herbal and earthy notes with mild fruits. Flavour is fruity, grainy, rubbery and some earthy and dusty notes as well. Good BBE date with half a year or more to go, but still felt very old.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, flowers, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.489 Global - #94 Italy - #1 Bad Brewer (My Italian Brewery #45)] Citrus and pine. Not that bad for the price range. Bit of caramel. Next one please!

Bottle from Steengaard, Beder. Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - flowers. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 310521
