Light and involving, Biancaspina is something that must be present at an evening between friends: it keeps the richness of aromas being typical of Ales. Blonde and lightly opaque in color, its bitter notes are contained by a refreshing notes featuring citrusy and spicy aromas. The perfumes of orange, honey and coriander are its main features. It as a slightly dry taste, as roasted wheat is used in its creation. Biancaspina should be served chilled, as it won’t lose its aromatic features

We usually pair it with pasta or risotto with fish or vegetables, pork meat, grilled chicken, fresh salads and fruit desserts.

Bottiglia.
