TASTE: The lightness of our DEA beer facilitates ready drinking, so that its finishing, ,pleasantly bitter and moderately dry, is quickly tasted. It features orange sensations and memories of honey. It is a balanced and easily drinkable beer, clean and quenching, despite its alcoholic volumes.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta indizi di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e frutta passita.

From bottle at Novotel, Parm! with TO, SO and OE 18.04.19. Translucent golden. Foamy and persistent off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet pilsner malt, marmalade, citrus and caramel.
