Viola Bianca is a high fermentation Blanche produced using not only barley malt, but also raw cereals such as wheat and spelt, both from Italian farming. Viola Bianca distinguish itself through use of Saaz hops (Czech Republic) bringing a gently bitter note, in addition to a spices’ mixture such as coriander and orange peel.
Opalescent yellow as color, Viola Bianca is not filtered, so dressing that veiling typical from brewing style who perform, also in its taste: pleasant and refreshing like a Blanche, unique and distinctive like Viola.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, wheat, spicy notes, sirupy elderflower notes, light to medium bitter, light sweet and sourish notes. Light to medium body, malty wheaty bitter sweer finish. Average.

Bottled 750ml. -from Iper Rossetto Torri di Quartesolo (Vicenza), shared with hrabren. Massive old looking gin bottle. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, wheaty and mild coriander in the nose. Light wheaty, yeasty, milky, discreet spicy and touch of coriander with short dryish finish. 7.90€ is a way too much fort this one.

0.75 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Italy, shared with him. Unclear golden, small to medium white to off-white head. Aroma is soft citrusy, lemony, corriander. Bready and biscuity background. Lemon curd. Light body, moderate carbonation, some tartness. Soft spicy notes. Tart bitterness from phenols. Black pepper. Some candy. Slightly rough dry finish.
