Bottle @ home. Pale yellow colour with a medium to big sized white head. Smells grains, malts. Tastes like a soft pilsener.. Decent kellerbeer basicly. Some malts, some grains, easily drinkable, soft carbo.

Bottle looks simple, a bit premium-like. Beer in the glass zippy, modest cloudy, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, a bit sourish, but not too much. Finish with some interesting fruity hints of apricot. Not bad!

Starts sweetish and fruity, with notes of honey and just the right amount of slight sourness to balance the sweetness. Mild carbonation. Light bitterness, peppery hops. Finish is a bit weak and again more sweet than bitter. Could do well with some more hops.

Bottled. A hazy golden with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, eggs, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, eggs, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish.

Bottle @ Day Two of the Great Chris Meyer/Aaron Nielsen Franconian Beer Tasting in Schlitz. Prost! Hazy, bright yellow appearance with a white head. Musty, rich yeasty, a bit bready, light lemon aroma. Lightly tangy fruity, chewy, pale malty/bready, light lemon, big yeasty flavor. Pretty nice.
