Bottiglia. Al naso l'aroma rimanda all'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta cristallino. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo e agrumi.

Mein letztes Bier aus der Touristeninfo Triest. Es ist ein dunkelrotes 💋 Wiener Lager, das aufgrund des starken Malzkörpers sehr schwer und füllig 🐘 ist. Dabei hat es aber schöne karamellige Aromen, die auch lange auf der Zunge 👅 bleiben. Ein kompliziertes, aber auch schön süffiges Bier.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste, shared with hrabren. Amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and pet food in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, notes of pet food and some herbs. Quite dry finish.

0.33 l bottle from Eataly, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Clear amber, medium tan head. Harsh herbal aroma, lightly fruity, caramely and toasty underneath. Rye bread, caramel, herbs. Earthy, light bitterness, a bit rough. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish.
