Bottle pours out dark brown topped with a ring of a head. Nose is big sweet malts pit fruit brown sugar bourbon barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet rich malts bourbon barrel booze vanilla.

Sampled at 3 Sons Lumberjack Day 2019. Pours very dark brown, no real head. Smell is full, sweet, intense and thick. Dried fruits. Bit boozy. Taste is full, intense, sweet, dried fruits. Complex, amped up sweet barleywine. Very nice !

Lots of boiled down caramelized malt. Tobacco. Very sweet finish. Pours dark brown with good head and lacing. Orange, leather. Bottle at Aslin.

Bardzo na karmelowokrowkowomelasowo. Owocowosc suszona i kandyzowana nieco dalej. Te krowki ewidentnie waniliowe. Strasznie fajnie gladkie i dosc cieliste. Troche cukrowe. Intensywne. Dlugie posmaki. Duza klasa.

Flaska från Mikkeller bottleshop, vintage 2018. Murken kopparbrun med liten tillstymmelse till smutsbeige krona. Massor av fruktkaka, varma och mjuka russin i överflöd, marsipan, torkad frukt, fikon, fikonkaka, bourbon, lätt oxidering, vetelängd med russin i. Stor, kletig kropp. Låg kolsyra. Sötman är nästan i överkant, med russinsötma som dominerar. Hade velat ha lite större alkoholhalt eller hetta från faten för att väga upp, eller kanske en gnutta mer kolsyra. Men gott så det förslår är det. En riktigt dekadent barleywine helt av den brittiska skolan.

Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, dried fruity, cocoa and caramel finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

[ As 3 Sons Big Sxxxy ].Unclear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dried fruit, alcohol, oak, port - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, alcohol, port - bourbon, oak - barrel, caramel, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
