MBCC. Dark amber/brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, dark fruit, oak and bourbon. Flavour is malt, caramel, oak, dark fruit, vanilla, bourbon, sweet and warming.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen (again massive thanks to Daniel for acquisition) - dark amber to brown coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet and toasted malty, caramel, toffee, charred brown sugar, dried fruity and nutty, full bodied, lovely bourbon and spiced warming malty finish.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Clear deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate with a light trailing crispness. Sweet malts, light and with a good degree of fruity toffee. Some cognac and vanilla before the light finish. Delicious barleywine.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18 - big thanks to Daniel for grabbing this one! Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent light tan covering. Nose is sweet dark fruits, light vinous notes, toffee fudge, caramel. Taste comprises stewed fruits, stoned fruits, caramel melt, brown dugar, sticky toffee pudding, subtle bourbon rise. Full bodied, fine carbonation, balanced warming alcohol in the close. Top notch barley wine.

0,05l from tap at MBCC Red Session 2018. brown color, small tan head. smells of ripe fruits, marzipan, nutty, some vanilla, bit earthy, raisins, light coconut, some wood. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of coconut, dried fruits, bourbon, marzipan, nutty, raisins, bit peppery. finishes light to medium sweet with notes of dried fruits, bourbon and coconut. very very very nice one, taste is sooo smooth. really lovely beeer 8, 4, 9, 4, 18
