This beer is brewed in collaboration with and for Beernews, a news site about beer that's been around for five years on the 12th of September 2021. The beer is called FIVE and we have used five of our favorite hop varieties. Cheers!

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild toffee along with spruce. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary and some slight floral and toffeeish tones. A bit bready elements too. Nice one!

Can 330ml. @ [ Trinntorp 🇸🇪 Virtual Tasting ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House. 🏡 💻👀

[ As Smith Street IPA [Five] ].
ABV: 6.8%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruit, tropical fruit, peach, fruity hops, wheat - minerals, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211017]

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Sweetish with mango, peach, some grass, juice and some pineapple. Quite low bitterness.

--Canned, from Systembolaget-- Cloudy straw colour, mid sized form head. Dank papaya amd lychee aroma with some nettles. Mid sweet with solid body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with lots of mango and lychee, some grass. Low bitterness. Has sufficient firm body to survive the onslaught of tropical fruit hops without turning to juice.

Burk från SB. Disig gulorange vätska med medelhögt skum. Medelstor juicig fruktighet, en hel del resin och dank humle med gröna toner av gräs, hampa och nässlor men överlag relativt balanserad. Gott
