We’d also like to throw in ”mango” as a descriptor but it might seem too obvious. Is it too obvious? It’s too obvious, right? Is it? Nah..screw it - ”..and perfectly ripe, freshly cut mango”. There you have it. We double dry hopped this double India Pale Ale with Galaxy, Topaz and a completive even sprinkle of Amarillo. The result is objectively phenomenal. Cheers mango lovers!

[ As Apex Maelstrom DIPA ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, fruity hops, minerals. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter, finish flavor moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, wheat - oat, minerals, tropical fruit, fruity, cryo odd ! bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211019]

Can from Tidens Farver @ Home. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, light malt, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. Good drinkability. 181021

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Huge aroma of papaya and pineapple. Sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with mango, papaya and pineapple. Low bitterness. Pleasant seemless hop flavour.

Can picked up at Væskebalancen, Aarhus, and drunk at the hotel (13/08/2021) - hazy yellow with a white head. Lots of tropical fruit here, lychee and mango, grapefruit and lemon citrus wash, tingling hop spice, sweet malts, balanced bitter hoppy finish. Tasty stuff.
