The Story
If a UFO one day lands on earth we hope they first set foot in a Swedish blueberry field. After a taste, we're sure they'll spare humanity from eradication. The other alternative is they land on the Ofrälse brewery grounds. After discussions over a few cans of Galactic Blueberry we might even sign an agreement for intergalactic distribution. Or does our beer already exist in a parallel universe in a galaxy, far, far away?

Can 33 cl. Pours a deep and opaque blueberry purple with a huge and frothy pink head leaving a solid lacework. A very pretty pour. The nose is a surprising letdown though. I had expected BIG blueberry aromas, but the beer offers almost nothing. Medium body, initially sweet, but the sourness comes rushing in fast. But also a weird, underlying mousiness that isn't very appealing at all. Lowish carbonation. I have no doubt that the brewers used a shitload of blueberries. They just don't really come through in the flavor in any very attractive or appealing way. But the beer still looks great though! 081221
