Unser Hopfenbock ist unser heller Doppelbock, veredelt mit dem Polaris Aromahopfen aus der Hallertau. In der Nase und im Antrunk finden sich minzige, kräuterige und harzige Noten gefolgt von einem kräftig malzigen Biergeschmack und einer sehr dezenten, kaum spürbaren Bittere.

Gushing stuff. Neutral beginning. Slightly grainy with cooling Polaris in the back. Not too sticky, more cooling fresh than sweetish but overall quite boring - and I need to clean the table…

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, citrus. Taste of berries, citrus hops, flowers.

Heller getreidiger, süßlich hopfiger Beginn. Moderat würzig, eher trocken bitter, bockig ohne zu süß zu sein. Wenig fruchtig, leicht würzig, mittellanger Abgang. Hell getreidig würziger Abgang. Gut. 10/9/10/10/9/10
