Beautiful light sour, with a bunch of fruit thrown in. Light, dry, tart and refreshing. Very fruity, but not a "fruit beer". Exceptional balance between all components, and delicious most of all. Great stuff, real pleasure.

hazy orange colour, moderate sized off-white head; aroma and taste of balsamic acidy, acetone, unripe fruity,woody-tannines and citric acidy-lemony notes; somehow in between a gueuze and a wild ale
