Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, some orange juice, with a bit of wooden elements. Flavour is dried fruits, some liquorice, oak, mild berries and some orange juice to it. A bit strange with the orange juicy tones, but actually a rather nice Imperial Stout. Nice coffeeish tones to it as well when it warms up.

[ As Örebro Brygghus The Try Out's Imperial Stout ].
ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black - red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, molasses, dark malt, chocolate, light licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, licorice, roasted, caramel, chocolate, dark malt. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20211017]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Black, minimal brown head. Aroma of caramel and licorice. Sweet with medium to full body and clean mouthfeel. Salmiaky licorice and caramel. Metallic sharp finish. How can a 10% IS be this sharp? Basic, but at least non-pastryish.

Kolsvart med tätt, brunt skum. Rostad doft av kaffe och choklad. Söt och fyllig med rostad smak. Kärv finish. Mäktig.

Burk från SB. Kolsvart vätska med en riktigt tjusigt mörkbrun krona. Old school imp stout storlek större med rejäla mängder hårt rostade toner, toffee, saltlakrits/salmiak, tjärpastill, kaffe. Lätt syrlighet från de hårt rostade tonerna. Bra med beska. Riktigt kraftpaket smakmässigt.
