330ml can, as Kaapse Bertus, 10 % abv, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a dark ruby-brown body, low fawn-coloured head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Inviting roasted brown malts on the nose, scent of earth and biscuit. Well blended taste of toffee, dried fruits, bread, and a light vibe of smoked malts. Roasted brown malty finish, lingering. Fine bodied. Very suitable sipper on a Friday afternoon. (Tromsø 27.08.2021).

Tap at Kaapse 2nd Anniversary. Clear dark brown off white head. Sweet toasted caramel malts. Bretty goaty thing going on, some cocoa. Medium sweet, light bitter, faint sour bend. Medium body, quite oily, low to no carb.
