Classic, Bavarian wheat beer with yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Brewed with use of the best German malts, hopped with aromatic Mittelfruh hops (from Hallertau, Bavaria). Slightly sour in taste, extremely refreshing. A lot of bananas and cloves in aroma. This is Hefeweizen!

Ingredients: water, wheat and barley malts: wheat pale, pilsener, Carahell®; hops (DE): Mittlefruh; yeast: SafBrew™ WB-06.

Draught @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2017. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of wheaty yeastiness, lemon, citrus and hints of soapy notes. Taste is sourish, soapy and tartish with some wheaty notes and lemon. Finish is sourish and tart with some soapy notes. A bit strange.

Tap @ craft beer Helsinki. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Aroma has wheat, banana, mild spices. Quite basic hefeweizen, sweet fruity, mild peachy notes.

On tap in Viva La Pinta. Orange colour, sparkling, no head. Aroma: spices with clove, lots of banana. Light bitterness. Well-balanced, flawless weizen.
