Classic, Bavarian wheat beer with yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Brewed with use of the best German malts, hopped with aromatic Mittelfruh hops (from Hallertau, Bavaria). Slightly sour in taste, extremely refreshing. A lot of bananas and cloves in aroma. This is Hefeweizen!
Ingredients: water, wheat and barley malts: wheat pale, pilsener, Carahell®; hops (DE): Mittlefruh; yeast: SafBrew™ WB-06.

Bottle, 6.1%. Mild yeasty aroma, hint of clove. Hazy light yellow colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is yeasty with a hint of clove, just like the aroma. Tastes quite authentic.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with grainy touches and hints of hops. Sourish, grainy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and bitterish touches of hops and spice. Estery and malty aftertaste. Decent for the style.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 19.04.2018).
