Classic, Bavarian wheat beer with yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Brewed with use of the best German malts, hopped with aromatic Mittelfruh hops (from Hallertau, Bavaria). Slightly sour in taste, extremely refreshing. A lot of bananas and cloves in aroma. This is Hefeweizen!
Ingredients: water, wheat and barley malts: wheat pale, pilsener, Carahell®; hops (DE): Mittlefruh; yeast: SafBrew™ WB-06.

Złota barwa, mocno zamglone, piana wysoka, szybko opada. W aromacie mieszanka bananów i goździków. W smaku podobnie. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, nasycenie na średnim. Mocno w stylu.

No, chyba pierwszy raz mam do czynienia z piwem z poza Bawarii o tak dobrej jakosci i zblizonych wrazeniach smakowo-zapachowych. Spora piana trwala, metne blotniste, barwa jajeczno-waniliowa. W smaku banany, wanilia, jajka sadzone. Troche orzechowe smakowo jakby nerkowce, no i oczywiscie banany i banany, Tresciwe i sycace. Do krewetek w sam raz.

Straw colored beer. Bananas in the aroma along with clove and hints of grilled cheese. No bitterness. Slightly acidic, medium sweet. Lively carbonated. Very refreshing. Light body.

On tap at Viva la Pinta, pours an opaque cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana upfront, with light clove. Flavour is along the same lines, with banana, fruity esters and clove. Decently constructed for the style, but nothing special.

Pours cloudy blonde, lower side of medium white head, with less than average stability. Smell is intense wheat, milder banana, clove is more hidden here. Taste starts of a tad bitter, more than i'm used to in a weisse, but not too much ( not out of style ) followed by the recognizable silkyness of the heat, and the earlier names banana's (esters ). Cloves are more hidden in this one, also in the flavor, but they're there. Easy drinking beer. Very well made. Go pinta !

Hazy murky golden. Aroma is yeast, pizza dough that was left for a week at 25 C, some tomato juice. Taste is yeast forward alcoholic spicyness with some sweet doughy stuff. Finish is also very doughy and alcoholic. Meh.

Bottle. Murky golden color with white head. Aroma is chalky, mineralic, dusty. Taste is chalky, dough, bananas. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok, but too dusty, I wouldn't see this as Top50 Weizen.
