Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Birra Del Bosco Bitter Owl ].Unclear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt. 29/4/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of saxo. Pours hazy/cloudy pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, malt and caramel. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Orange amber cloudy offwhite lace. Grassy light earthy hops, medium light dry body, herbal and earthy bitterness, quite nice balance. Moreish.

Tap. Hazy orange color with beige head. Aroma is bready, earthy, toffee. Taste is bready, grapefruit, earthy, quite a bitter finish, some berries. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Decent bitter!
