Nitro Dry Stout with Costa Rican Coffee & Vanilla
A highly drinkable Dry Stout brewed with Organic, shade grown coffee sourced from Costa Rica. This coffee was hand roasted in our old home town of Manuel Antonio by our friends at Cafe Milagro and paired with fresh Organic Vanilla Beans to create the creamy and roasted flavor profile with hints of dark chocolate.

Tap@Pure Project TTO, Mikkeller Vik - Black pour with off white head. Roasted dry malty with some notes of chocolate, some caramel, prominent roasted coffee, medium body, roasted malty close.

From nitro. Pours dark brown to black, huge creamy and tan head. Aroma is deep roasted coffee. Bitter, sweet toasted malty. Roasted. Bitter and coffee. Sweet roasted malty. Lingering roasted finish.

Sampled form the tap a the brewery. Pours black with a creamy brown head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a combination of roasted malts and vanilla with dark grains supporting. Flavor continues with a combination of vanilla and light roast with some dark grains growing.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours black with large creamy beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast and cocoa. Thin body, roast, brownie, light dry finish, very good.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a black color with a small creamy off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and coffee aroma. Roasted malty milk chocolate coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty milk chocolate coffee finish.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a dark brown color with a thick, dense khaki head. The aroma is coffee forward with some cocoa and hints of vanilla. Very nice. The flavor has good strong coffee, dark chocolate and lighter vanilla. The coffee and the chocolate character really shine through. The mouth feel is creamy with a very light earthy bitterness in the finish. Very good.
