When we got asked to do the official GBG Beer Week 2018 beer all we could think about was sour strawberries, sour and strawberries, a sour beer with strawberries! So, that’s what we did. Gôtt ânna!
The label text says it all really. We got asked to do this beer. We felt very honored. We wanted to do a strawberry sour. Not just to make a strawberry sour but also to get more people into sour beer. Why? Because we love it! And, we think others, would they dare to try, would to. The reach of the official GBG Beer Week beer is fantastic. Stigbergets and Beerbliotek, the two breweries who’ve made Beer Week beers before, have started something special and we’re keen to get the people who loved their beers to also try ours, to try a sour for the first time. For the love of beer!
