Draught at AmmutsØn, Vienna.
Amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, beige-yellowish head.
Aroma of fresh grains, bread, grass, flowers, hops, some herbs, slight honey.
Tastes similar, with more mineralic notes.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, a bit dry, hoppy, mineralic, a bit sweet, grainy, bready, herbal, grassy.
Tasty stuff. Very smooth and rich, with a lovely creaminess throughout. Perfectly balanced, crisp and clean. Outstanding, accomplished Märzen.

Tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa (Rome-Italy). Amber clear pour, frothy cap with drafts on the glass. Nose: grainy-driven aroma, yeast-bready, a bit floral. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, sweet malty although quite bitter. Superb Marzen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
