33cl can (now brewed by CoHop) from Craft Beer Market de Namur beer store in Namur. Head is medium, egg-white, almost good retention. Colour is orange gold, hazy. Aroma is nice fruity, orange, pineapple, melon, bit caramel, floral. Taste is medium malty base, grapefruits, pineapple, melon, bit caramel, nice balanced harmonic long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Yet another new Walloon contract brewer, brewing apparently 'postmodern' craft style beers at Valduc. Very thick, foamy, creamy, egg-white, dense, membrane-lacing head on a misty peach blonde beer with orangey tinge. Aroma of dried orange peel, jute rope, light pineapple, grapefruit pith, melon, green kiwi, fresh lemonbalm leaves, old bread crust, nutmeg. Sweetish, fruity onset, peach and pineapple, medium carbonation with minerally side effects; smooth, biscuity and rusk-like maltiness, ending with quite aromatic hoppiness, reminding of orange, melon and a bit of green mango, lightly 'juicy' even, while remaining relatively soft in actual bitterness even if the hops still add a drying effect. Some phenolic and bready yeastiness does appear, but for a Belgian attempt at APA, the whole remains elegant, clean and focused, with more hop aromatics than raw bitterness - this is therefore a successful American style pale ale in my book. Interesting find, indeed a brewing company to follow in the future...
