[ As Finback Red Shift ].Murky matt medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, berry - fruity, citrus - yuzu - citric -berries - cranberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, berries - fruit, red berries ala cranberry, dry, citric - citrus - yuzu. Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Light cherry red with a decent off white cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, grains, straw, light citric piss. Taste comprises berry skins, yuzu zest, balsa wood, grassy, light funk, mellow acidic ripple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refresher.
