Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy pink-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, berry skin, sour red berries, citrus, grass, oak, hay, flowers, citrus peel, red currants. 0,05l from tap at Mbcc Yellow Session. bourdeaux like cloudy color, small white head. smells musty, earthy, peppery, grassy, light marzipan, berry notes. nice smell. medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouhtfeel. tastes of berry notes, earthy, citric, bit peppery, raspberries. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berries, earhty notes and light citrus. very nice one smell is not that special, but taste has a great balance. 7, 4, 9, 4, 17

Pours hazy ruby into a shaker. Pink head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Mild yuzu aromas. Tart with cranberry and lactic yuzu upfront turning to marshmallow before the abrupt cranberry skin finish. Cranberry becomes much more pronounced as it warms...

Blood red body with dark crimson hues and a good clarity with a small, pink-flecked beige head showing low retention.
Poignant cranberry, cherry, apple and moderate lactic acidity in the nose with some very light bread/biscuit and honey behind it to balance gently. Not a whole lot more going on, but the fruit complements the lactic acidity nicely and is well-attenuated, while being quite aromatic and authentic.
Similar structure to the flavor which shows a pleasing amount of maltiness adding soft textures and body and providing a good base for the strong tartness and acidity persisting on the finish. Cranberry, lemon, cherry, raspberry, apple...very complex fruit notes and the lactic acidity isn’t overdone/dominant. Simple fruited kettle sour, but it’s very drinkable.
