3/12/2022. Can shared at the post-Australia Blues beer share. From Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours very dark maroon brown with a small frothy off-white pinkish head. Aroma of blackberries, boozy cherries, chocolate, light maple syrup. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate sour. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Developed very nicely, enjoyed this.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Tipple. A murky thick plummy purple coloured pour with a loose pink head, Aroma is tangy, latyered thick berries, blackberry yogurt, pithy, tangy, Palate is thick and chewy, fine carbonation. Flavour is composed of nice thick chewy layered berries, blackberries, raspberry, maple, cherry cough sweets. Intense berry fruits. Nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Tips, 18/11/21. Beetroot red in appearance with a good sized crimson cap that soon veers edgeward. Nose is blackberry jam, sweet notes, maple, chocolate, sugars, cherry skins. Taste comprises sweet berry compote, kiss of alcohol, chocolate melt, light acidic bimble, blackberry puree. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze and a light puckering edge. Solid high boost sour that pulls off the stated flavours rather well.

Remarkably impressive, all the notes as described, very sweet and moreish, but kind of needs something hoppy to cut through it!
