Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Copenhagen, 2018. Pours hazy reddish with a creamy head. Funk, spices and berries. Slight popcorn and wet wood.

Tap @MBCC2018, Yellow Session. Nearly clear red, small light pinkish head. Grapes and berries in the aroma. Sourish flavour, grapes and berries. Dry with light funky notes.

Tap. Ruby-ish color with small white head. Aroma is cherry, yoghurt, tart. Taste is the same, a bit leathery. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty.

750ml bottle pours out pink red color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is big blackberries currants fresh oak barrel and sour tartness. Taste is more of the nice big berries oak notes and tart funk.

Bottle thanks to Rob. Pours a cloudy purple with small pinkish white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong blackberry, oak, funk, currants. Medium body, jammy berry, light acidity, oak, funk, very good.

Tasting at Matt’s
Gushing bottle; cloudy ruby color with frothy and large pink head. Very nice, subtle berry aroma, wood, blackberry icecream. Moderately sour, some wood astringency, some berries.
Not elegant, pretentious, just ok.
