Ich habe gedacht, dass es diese Brauerei noch gibt, aber offensichtlich konnte man sich doch bewähren. Es is wahrscheinlich praktisch, wenn man neben dem berühmten Schloss Laxenburg braut. Das Alex ist ein gemütliches Pale Ale, das sich wirklich angenehm trinken lässt, ohne zu überfordern. Nicht allzu tiefgründig, aber doch voll ok.

Tap at Wiener Bier Festival. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Med-light caramelly maltiness, med-high citrusy, resiny, a bit grassy hops character. A bit too malty and caramelly for my liking, but good still.

Tap at Wiener Beerfest. Deep golden with thick white head. Aroma of caramel, Citra hops. Taste is malt, light caramel, Citra hops. Centrál european IPA.

33cl bottle. A almost clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of resinous hops, grapefruit. Taste of dry resinous hops, citrus, caramel, dry bitter finish.
