[ As LIC Beer Project Hollows ].Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, peach. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peach, sweet malt, fruity hops, fruit peel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
