Large amounts of Galaxy and El Dorado hops are used, along with a moderate amount of Simcoe hops to help tie the flavors together.

Can 1 pint. Cloudy golden with a white head. Lovely blend of tropical fruit and citrus in the nose. Medium body, a very dry fruitiness, yeasty and minerally with a bitter finish. Nice one. 030622

Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Light tropical fruit and light orange aroma. Tropical fruit and orange flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and orange linger with light earth.

Cloudy to murky blond colour. Nice fruity aroma, stone fruit; some BO. The mouthfeel is fairly dry, and it's not chalky; the hop, although not bright, starts by offering some citrus quality, but then a pithy bitterness surfaces, disturbing.
I don't think that it's aboout the age, it's just that pithy bitterness…

Draft at Benchwarmers. Coudy golden pour with a thin white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, stone fruit, melon with some bready malts. taste is more of the biscuit malts, woody hops, pine and light fruity notes.
