This West Coast IPA “THE FANG” has a nice bite to it! The beer explodes with floral and citrus flavors, thanks to the generous amount of Amarillo hops.

On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a clear golden with a off-white beige head. Aroma is a bit sweaty in the hop department, with a touch of pine and bready malt. Flavour is a little better, but still retains some that sweatiness; there's a touch of pine and a bready finish. Not a big fan of the hop expression. Too much sweat sock character.

Draft at brewery. Amber pour, a little cloudy, small foamy head. Aroma presents some traditonal hops, light caramel malts. Taste doesn't deviate from this formula. Pretty straight forward IPA
