Our very first, and now one of our most desired of the PIEFACES has mades its way back into the lineup! This is a tangy, tart, ale that has been conditioned on stupid amounts of Raspberries and Guava (post fermented)- and then smothered in our pie treatment of vanilla, graham crackers, and cinnamon.

Tavour: pours pinkish red with a pinkish head. Aroma is raspberry, guava. Taste is somewhat sour, raspberry, guava, graham cracker. Finish is off.

Can, shared by mansquito. Pours murky pink red. Raspberry, cream, sweet, guava, raspberry popsicle, some tartness, lingering cracker notes. Fairly thick. Fine.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky watermelon colored pour, fizzy head. Guava is first on the nose, raspberries, piecrust. Berries stronger in the taste, vanilla and graham crackers. Thick and chewy, almost chunky. Gentle tartness at the finish.
