The final product is a double barrel-aged imperial stout, which rested for over a year in Pritchard's Double Chocolate and Pritchard's Tennessee Whiskey respectively before being blended and bottled.
This chocolate-forward offering exudes notes of caramel, vanilla, dark fruit, charred oak and subtle tannins throughout this spirit-driven creation

500ml (thx, Matt V.!) @ Brian's shared with Phill.
Aroma: some brown sugars, a lot of American oak, somewhat bold.
Taste: along the same lines, good body, low carbonation, a bit boozy.
Overall: nice straight BBA stout.

Taster at share. Near black pour, small, thin beige head. Boozy aroma, sweet, roast, chocolate. Taste comes in creamy, warm, sweet, woody, very slick.
The carb reminds me of something but I'm a hater if I mention it every time it crosses my mind so nvm! I might have to seek out a bottle of some of this Pritchard's stuff, chocolate makes it far and the bourbon brownie vibe is to the max here. No ragrets.
