16oz can pours out straw color topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice sweet apple pear notes and a ginger kick. Taste is more of the apple forward notes light pear and ginger spice.

16oz can at share. As a session mead, the flavors are right where they need to be, present, but not strong. Apples and pears mostly, the ginger bringing a small, spicy element that fits in just right.
