Sample at MBCC 2018. Poured a hazy light reddish pink colour with a round light pink head. The aroma is yeast, cherries, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate to strong sour with a light crisp, tart fruit, yeast, light vinegar palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Takes the lining off the back of your throat but in the nicest possible way.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Andrew! Pours a clearish ruby red with a full finger of pink foam. Lots of cherry and berry notes on the nose with some light yogurt, grass and faint hay. Clean and crisp with some cobwebs, oak and raspberry flesh. Bright fruit throughout. Dry finish. Really good.
