Can to lager glass.
Appearance: semi-transparent golden yellow color with a nice two fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: semi-sweet to oily grassy hops, slight peppery scent, a touch of floral hop character
Flavor: mildly sweet and allowing that normal "oily-ness" I tend to almost always find in "Italian pilseners" to take shape in this taste; mild peppery spiciness then a quaint aftertaste of grassy to oily hoppiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sessionability about it; smooth along my tongue but also that "oily-ness" shows it's face here; finishes crisp, smooth and obviously oily too
Overall: another one of these Italian pilseners that I do believe I'm liking but also finding the one thing they all have in common - they are all oily in their aromas, flavors and textures. It is what it is and I would come back to this one.
