12oz can from Boise Co-op Meridian. Pale yellow body with a small foamy head. Grassy, sweet, earthy aroma. Taste adds a savory snap, a sharp, zesty bitterness and a hint of lemon peel. While it seems quite light, the bitterness lingers long after the beer is gone.
