Hallertau pils is brewed as an ode to the industrial German pilsners of the 50’s to the late 70’s when technology allowed more efficient processes, but the liquid was still brewed “the old way”. We use a double decoction mash, 100% German Pilsner malt, and 100% German Hallertau Mittlefru hops.

Draught @ MBCC 2026, Copenhagen. Pours Cloudy Yellow with a White head. Fresh grains, cereal, noble hop. Grassy and Dry with biscuity malty vibes. Very good. Multiple glasses, yo. 4.2

TCBW2026. Yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal and some crisp malty tones. Flavour is very similar. Not as good as the Il Cielo Tettnang, but still a very good Pils.

Draught at MBCC 26, Red Session. Clear late straw coloured body. Well blended flavours of noble hops, fresh dough, and bread-like malts. Mid-dry finish. Clean on the swallow. Nice pilsner (Øksneshallen, Copenhagen 23.05.2026).

16oz can. At the February DCBeer share. Poured a clear yellow color with a small, white head. Aroma was crisp, with a really nice grain character. Some cracker, light grassy notes, but almost non existent. Pleasant yeast. Smooth.
