Taster, many thanks to Werckmeister! Dark golden, slightly hazy body, with almost no head. Aroma of sweet oak, moderate barnyard, citrus, passion fruit, apples. Tastes similar, fresh and very crisp. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes crisp, medium dry, moderate sour, a bit sweet, wooden, citric, with sweet passion fruit, some green apples, slight funk. Tasty. So crisp and balanced, with beautiful fruit notes, while also complex wooden and funky notes. Very fresh, elegant stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Gulbrun lett tåkete med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Vinøs lukt, drueskall, grapefrukt, epler og noe trevirke og svovel. Middels fylde. Sur og fruktig. Smaker rabarbra, epler, eplesidereddik og noe trevirke. Middels lang.

BB 02/2027. yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells of berry notes, strawberries, bit peachy, passion fruit. very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of peach, berry notes, marzipan, passion fruit, candy, bit lactic, earthy, bit citric. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of passion fruit, peach and some marzipan notes. very nice one, great balance, very good to drink.

Orangedisig med litet skum. Som väntat riktigt sur; syran ruskar om tungroten ordentligt till att börja med men tappar ganska snabbt greppet och kvar blir bara någon vag syrlig frukt.
