Short-lived flamingo head over hazy deep red beer. Syrup, blackberry/blueberry concentrate, and a vanilla ice cream onslaught. Sour-ish but still with a vanilla overdose, icecream parlour stuff. The lactose gives it a peculiar MF, but the berries at least give some nice fruity flavours. Not very big bodied at all, if qutie slick. Not very carbonated neither. For the vanilla aficionados.

At mad mex in robinson. Red cloudy milkshake with a purplish hue. Milky fruit nose. No head. Oddly tart on uptake. Maybe cranberry? Not sure. Has some alky hiding in the background. Not bad. Glad I ordered a full pint, thanks A/F.

Murky purple with a small pink head. Tart with strong blueberry, light blackberry and milk sugar. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

Bright indigo and purple coloured body with a very hazy and opaque glow that shows a bright purple muddied and chunky body with a thinnish, two to three centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat for the duration. Aroma of very strong blueberries, grapes, flowers, wheat, biscuity malt, icing sugar, vanilla and tons of lactose here - very creamy, even in the nose with a lot of range and especially sweet. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong blueberry and grapey flavours dominate with a bunch of biscuity and filling malts that are crisp and clean, but the fruits and especially lactose here are the most pungent with a lot of creamy aspects coming out, especially towards the end, after the initial tartness and soured qualities hit first. Aftertaste shows a lot of pungency with a bunch of the fruits, coupled with a big hit of vanilla, icing sugar and pure lactose with a smooth finish that has a good balance of sour fruits, pure sweetness and residual sugars and a big touch of malt that provides a lot of body. Overall, a smooth, very fruity, very tart, but even more sweet beer that hits the mark nicely with a lot of pretty much everything, including a ton of sugars, all while keeping the alcohol relatively low - nice to sample locally and a nice option if you like fuller bodied sours. I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from MOM's Organic Market in Alexandria, Virginia on  06-September-2021 for US$3,99 sampled on the train from Washington to New York on 04-October-2021.

Pint can from Festival Northland, 8/20/21. Dark purple, thin head that doesn't stick around. Aroma of lactose, vanilla, candy berries. Taste is tart berry, blackberry predominantly, vanilla. Juicy, bright. Decent.

From a pint can. Pouts a cloudy ruby with a pink head. Aromas of berries and vanilla. Flavors are sour raspberries with some lactose sweetness.

Grape pour. Sweet berry and vanilla flavor with vanilla palate. Easy carbonation.
