Certain styles of beer belong on any brewery’s menu at nearly all times of the year. These beers have no seasonality, no gimmicky trends, and can be enjoyed by all beer lovers alike. To us, that style of beer is Pilsner. A brewer’s beer by all definitions, we brewed this German Pilsner for our brewers. With that in mind, we're happy to share this beautiful lager with you. Crafted with our reverse osmosis water, 100% German Pilsner malts, and a blend of German Hallertau and Czech Saaz hops, this crisp and clean pils shows off a soft, delicate malt backing as well as a classic, somewhat fruity, spicy, and floral hop backing. This is lagerbier at it's finest.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5
Pour is a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is a super spicy saaz hop. Flavor is likewise. All saaz hops with some neutral grain malt. A very hop forward pils. The can says German pils. While this has German ingredients this is way more of an Americanized pils with an overabundance of hops.

Draft at International Tap House. Clear golden, creamy head, lots of lacing. Grainy aroma, crackers . Taste adds a hint of lemon, oranges to the malts, bringing minor sweet notes with it. Tasty and smooth.
