Draught @ Warpigs. Pours hazy dark brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, yeast, light fruit, little wood, port wine. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, fruit, wood, barrel, port, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish with loads of warming alcohol. 100518

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear mahogany with an ecru head. Vinous aromas with some toffee. Flavors are sour grapes. Far removed from the classic Belgian quads.
