We Collaborated with former Alpine Beer Company Head Brewer, Scott Holst, and Bobby Matthews (former Alpine Brand Ambassador and current owner of the Idaho City Grocery Store) to make a new West Coast IPA. Made with Mecca Grade Estate boutique malt and Simcoe, El Dorado, Comet, Mandarina Bavaria, and Mosaic hops.

On Tap at the downtown taproom Light haze on this rather malty orange looking pour. Thin fine and lasting pale beige head. Nice standard fresh piney aroma. Quite malty and dank on the resinous hop flavors. A big smooth IPA. Woody and piney.

16oz crowler from brewery. Bright, clear golden pour, light foamy head. Aroma is melon, earthy. Taste is more melon flavors, funky notes, musty. Short, sharp bite and dries out towards the finish.
